Our Journey Began Over 20 Years Ago
Although we officially opened the doors to Triple A Autobody in Calgary in March of 2026, our story began many years before that.
Long before Triple A Autobody became a reality, Roland began his career in the autobody industry in Vienna, Austria, where he completed his apprenticeship and formal education in autobody repair. It was there that he developed the technical foundation and passion for craftsmanship that continues to shape our business today.
Over the next two decades, Roland continued to build his experience through hands-on autobody repair, refinishing, and collision work. During his career in Vienna, he worked on municipal and government vehicles for the City of Vienna, where every repair demanded precision, accountability, and attention to detail.
When you’re responsible for repairing government-operated vehicles, there’s no room for shortcuts. Those years helped shape the standards we continue to follow every day at Triple A Autobody.
We believe every repair should be completed properly the first time. Every customer deserves honest communication, quality workmanship, and the confidence of knowing their vehicle is being repaired with the same level of care and attention we would expect for our own family.
Building a New Beginning in Canada
In 2013, our family made the decision to move from Vienna, Austria, to Canada. Like many families starting a new chapter, it meant leaving behind what was familiar and rebuilding our lives and careers from the ground up.
After arriving in Canada, Roland continued his career in the autobody industry, combining the technical training and experience he had gained in Europe with the knowledge and skills he continued to develop here in Canada. Over time, a dream that had been years in the making slowly began to take shape.
Rather than continuing to work for someone else, we wanted to build something we could truly call our own. Not just another autobody shop in Calgary, but a family business built on honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship.
From the beginning, we knew we wanted to create a place where customers would always be treated with respect, where clear communication and transparency came first, and where every repair would be completed to a standard we could proudly stand behind.
That vision became Triple A Autobody.
More Than Just a Family-Owned Business
Many businesses describe themselves as “family-owned,” but for us, that’s much more than a phrase on our website; it’s who we are.
As parents to our four children, Aryan, Arina, Arwin, and Ayaan; family has always been at the heart of every decision we make. Triple A Autobody wasn’t built simply to repair vehicles; it was built to create something meaningful that reflects our values and can one day be passed on to the next generation.
Our oldest son, Aryan, has already begun learning both the business and the trade alongside us. From understanding day-to-day operations and customer service to developing hands-on skills in areas like paintless dent repair (PDR), windshield replacement, and shop procedures, he’s beginning to experience what it takes to build and operate a business with integrity.
We believe that teaching the next generation isn’t just about learning how to repair vehicles, it’s about learning the importance of honesty, accountability, hard work, and treating every customer with respect.
That’s why Triple A Autobody means so much to our family. It’s more than a place where we perform collision repairs or auto body work. It’s the opportunity to build a lasting legacy founded on trust, quality workmanship, and the relationships we create with every customer who walks through our doors.
The First Customer Is Always the Hardest
Many people assume the hardest part of opening a business is securing financing, signing a lease, purchasing equipment, or preparing the shop.
For us, it was something entirely different.
We never questioned whether we could perform the work. After more than 20 years in the autobody industry, we had confidence in our experience, training, and craftsmanship.
What kept us up at night was our very first customer.
We knew that when someone trusted us with their vehicle, they were also trusting us with their safety, their investment, and our reputation as a new business. We wanted to make sure every detail was right and that they drove away feeling confident in both the repair and the experience they had with us.
Thankfully, that first customer left extremely happy with the work we completed and has since become a repeat customer.
That experience reaffirmed something we’ve always believed: success isn’t measured by the number of vehicles we repair, it’s measured by the trust we earn from the people who choose us.
To this day, we don’t measure customer satisfaction by the moment someone picks up their vehicle. We measure it when they return, recommend us to their friends and family, and trust us again when they need us most.

Roland’s career began with a formal apprenticeship and education in Vienna, Austria, and has continued through more than two decades of hands-on experience in both Europe and Canada. From working on municipal and government vehicles to repairing family vehicles here in Calgary, every stage of that journey has helped shape the standards we follow today.
